3.User Obligations

3.1 Lawful Use

  • Attempt to manipulate exchange rates or exploit system vulnerabilities

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations, you may be required to:

  • Verify your bank account details

3.3 Gift Card Validity

When trading gift cards, you guarantee that:

  • You are the rightful owner of the gift card
  • The gift card was obtained through legitimate means
  • The gift card has not been previously used or redeemed
  • The gift card details provided are accurate and complete

4.Transaction Policy

4.1 Exchange Rates

Exchange rates are determined by Truspaix and may vary based on market conditions, card type, and denomination. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. The rate applicable to your transaction is the rate displayed at the time of trade confirmation.

4.2 Transaction Processing

Once you initiate a transaction:

  • You authorize Truspaix to verify the gift card details
  • The transaction is final once the gift card is verified and accepted
  • Payment will be processed to your registered bank account within the specified timeframe
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank and transaction volume

4.3 Rejected Transactions

Truspaix reserves the right to reject any transaction if:

  • The gift card is invalid, used, or fraudulent
  • Verification requirements are not met
  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • The transaction violates our policies or applicable laws

5.Fees and Charges

Truspaix's fees are incorporated into the exchange rate offered. We strive to maintain transparent pricing:

  • No hidden charges or transaction fees for standard trades
  • Premium services may incur additional charges (clearly disclosed)
  • Bank transfer fees may apply depending on your financial institution
  • Currency conversion fees are included in the displayed rate

6.Account Suspension and Termination

Truspaix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Use
  • We detect fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • You fail to complete verification requirements
  • You engage in behavior that harms other users or our platform
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities

You may also close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, pending transactions will be completed, and any remaining balance will be settled according to our policies.

7.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truspaix shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or technical errors
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence
  • Third-party actions or failures (e.g., bank delays)

Important: Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to Truspaix in the six months preceding the claim.

8.Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Truspaix platform are owned by or licensed to Truspaix. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Create derivative works based on our platform

9.Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

  • Contact our customer support team first to resolve the issue amicably
  • Provide all relevant information and documentation
  • Allow up to 14 business days for investigation and resolution
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Nigeria/Ghana
